Who Doesn’t Want to Put As Much Money in THEIR Pocket They Can When Selling Their Convenience Stores?
Hi, I am Terry Monroe and I can relate to what it feels like when you have a convenience store or a business or anything that you decide that you want to sell. I know, because having personally owned over 30 different businesses and having been involved in the sale of over 450 other businesses, I know the feeling of wanting or needing to sell something.
I know that when I do decide sell; I want it done fast and I want it done right. I also know that I don’t want to be wasting a lot of my time trying to educate a potential buyer on the object that I’m trying to sell. This same sentiment goes for when I am working with accountants or lawyers. With accounts and lawyers there are many different specialists within their industry. There are litigation lawyers, real estate lawyers, estate planning lawyers and so on. The same goes for doctors too. There are cardiac specialists, pulmonary specialists, internists, podiatrists, disease specialists… The list goes on.
But there are general practicing agents too. Lawyers who know a little bit about a lot of the areas of law. Family practice doctors who cover many aspects of medicine, albeit on a less in-depth level. But should I have a serious legal or health problem, I wouldn’t go to the general practitioners. Would you? I wouldn’t go to a non-specialist in the area where i need specialization. Would you? You wouldn’t want a foot doctor to attempt open heart surgery on you…would you?
The answer is no, of course not. That is my same sentiment when it comes to selling.
As a business owner you are a busy person and you don’t have time to mess around trying to educate everyone else about your business. And if you aren’t busy it is probably because you have worked your tail off to have some free time and now you are going to enjoy it. However, as a business person you like to make to make money and time is money and in order to make money you have to keep things moving. You don’t make money sitting around WAITING for things to happen, no you make things happen by taking action and constantly moving forward.
This is where I come in. Remember I said that I have owned over 30 different businesses and have been involved in the selling of more than 450 other businesses. Well that is a lot of selling and lot of knowing what works and what doesn’t work. You won’t need to be training me on how to sell your convenience store. Not only have I got the experience in knowing how to sell convenience stores, but I have created a system and program that ensures I can get a convenience store sold. By knowing what is needed to get a store sold and where to “fish” for the right buyer will make all of the difference in the world.
All too often sellers put a bunch of information together and throw a business for sale in the market place and wait for the buyers to come rushing in and can’t figure out later why nothing is happening. Generally it is the wrong bait, in the wrong pond, looking for the wrong type of fish. No, it is not rocket science, but there is an art to knowing how to sell a convenience store, just like there is an art to knowing how to operate a successful convenience store. I don’t pretend to know how to operate a convenience store; it is not something that I do every day and quite frankly don’t want to do. But I do work at selling convenience stores everyday and you know as well as I do that regardless how dumb or inept an individual is they generally get quite good at something if they do it every day, again and again.
Who Doesn’t Want to Know That Their Stores Will Be Sold Quickly and Without a Lot of Hassles?
I felt so strongly about helping people to sell their convenience stores I even wrote a book about it. You won’t find it on the best seller list in Barnes & Noble, but you will find it on Amazon.com or you can order it on this website if you want to check it out. The book is my way of helping all of the people whom I do not get the opportunity to work with personally since there is only so much time in this world and like you I like to have some time off to do what I want to do whether it be playing golf or watching a sporting event or climbing or hiking in the mountains. My time, like your time, is precious and finite and there is only so much of it to go around that is why I am adamant about not wanting to waste MY time nor other peoples time trying to teach them how to do something. You notice I said MY time, because I am the only one who can waste my time.
Time is what it is all about. I want to make the process of selling a timely and easy event to occur. Take the time and check out this link for a free copy of one of my exclusive reports. Choose any one. It’s yours for free.
I look forward to hearing from you and working with you soon.
